As representatives of the student body, senators work to pass legislation advocating for student needs while overseeing the operation of student organizations. Currently, the Senate consists of six standing Committees: Academic Affairs, Administration and Review Committee (ARC), Campus Life, Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI), International Student Affairs (ISAC), and Students’ Association Appropriations Committee (SAAC). This Fall, there are four (4) Senate seats open for the Class of 2027, and one (1)  at-large Senate seat (available to anyone in the class of 2024, 2025, and 2026).. Senators meet every Monday at 8:00 pm in the Gowen Room, so make sure that you are available at that time!
