Election Information Meetings
There will be three optional informational sessions this year! One of them will be a general meeting held on March 25th from 6-7 p.m. in the Gowen Room. At the meeting, you will have the opportunity to talk to many members of the SA Government and learn about the election process and rules at this event. In addition, there will be two tabling events in Hirst Lounge on March 19th from 12-3 p.m. and March 27th from 1-4 p.m. If you are unable to attend any of these sessions, please watch the elections information video instead, as the information will be needed in order to pass the elections quiz.
Registration of Candidacy
To formally register as a candidate, complete the Election Candidacy Submission before March 30th at 12 p.m. (noon) EST. In order to do so, you must first take the Election Rules Quiz, which you can retake as many times as necessary. After you complete the Election Rules Quiz, you will receive a confirmation email containing your results and a link to the Election Candidacy Submission form. If you did not pass the test, you must retake it until you pass before submitting the Election Candidacy Submission form. Once you pass the test, fill out the Election Candidacy Submission form.
