Executive Board Minutes
September 2, 2009
Officers Present:
Brittany, Emily R., Marika, Laura, Emily H., Aaron, Fiona, Danielle, Karla
Meeting started at 8:00pm
Meetings will take place on Monday at 9pm regularly LOCATION = WC 121
First Meeting on Monday the 7th 7:00-8:00pm LOCATION = Gowen Room
IMPORTANT: EMILY RUS WILL MAKE RESERVATION TOMORROW!
PLAN B: Gilbert 1- who would we need to contact?
Emily Hart cannot attend. I will come up with spreadsheets for Danielle and she will take attendance and minutes of the meeting. Danielle will e-mail me the minutes and the contact sheet with each person in attendance’s name and net id. I will send out minutes later that night/Tuesday.

September 25 (the week after Meliora weekend)/October 16 as plan B

Education Committee = great way to get people involved – Fiona come up with some sort of speech for the first meeting about members getting involved.
Emily Hart = Take attendance at meetings= Emily R., Danielle and Aaron bring their computers for attendance at first meeting since Emily H. won’t be there
UR installments – make a UR Habitat newsletter
Committee members will hang up the newsletters in bathrooms!
EMILY RUS = submit to Weekly Buzz by noon on Friday
Emily Hart = small info sheet, with build dates, spring break (check web page). A quarter of a page. E-mail it to Brittany by Thursday night!
