Ensure the success of your group or get assitance on creating a new Student Organization. ARC provides guidance on how to change your constitution, complete assessment forms, fill out mid-year reports, start a new group and access available resources.

Creating a new Student Organization
Click below to see the process of creating a Student Organization. Due to the creation of the Taskforce to Examine Student Organizations, potential New Organizations will be able to meet with an advisor from 9/4/18-9/28/18. The New Organization Proposal Form will only be open from 9/5/18 -10/1/18 for the 2018-19 academic year.
Student Organization Annual Review (SOAR)
The Student Organization Annual Review (SOAR) should be filled out by all student groups at the University of Rochester and should be submitted to the Student’s Association Policy and Review Committee by Monday, December 3rd 2018.
SOAR Re-evaluation forms are only available after your SOAR has been reviewed. If you are unable to access a re-evaluation form, please contact your Student Analyst.
Update Your Constitution
Interested in updating your group’s constitution? The first step is to email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the Constitution Update Guide and Template before you start updating your current constitution. You’ll be put in contact with your Analyst, who will help you through the process.
