As a chapter, we aim to align our programs with those of the national organization by improving on our Pre-College Initiative and Academic Excellence activities.

We are also focusing a lot of our energy into community service and we are always open to any suggestions our members may have for volunteering opportunities. If you would like to make a suggestion or have an idea of a project you feel would be beneficial to the college or Rochester community, please e-mail our Program Chair, Cendrine Robinson.

As a chapter, we will also aim to improve our college experience by having social activities and fundraisers aimed at improving school spirit and exposing NSBE to the entire campus.

To prepare our members for life after college, we encourage them to attend the various NSBE conferences. Attending these conferences provide vast opportunities for summer internships/co-ops with companies in every area of industry. We also facilitate INROADS workshops and we have our own Career Fair held in February of every year.
