Event Submission Guidlines

SIMCON 41 will be using the event-block scheduling, but with at least half an hour between each block. All RPGs and events that last longer than two hours must be booked for the entire block duration. If you would like to host an event that is shorter than two hours please still keep it within the blocked off time. For example if you wanted an hour long event please do not schedule it for from 7:00 to 8:00 as that takes up time between the block schedule.

If you are hosting an all day open open booth, such as a game creator with their own booth, we can schedule you for whatever hours you would like, on the grounds that people do not register for your event. If you do this people will still see your event in the event listings.

Event Submissions close on March 9th.

Any additional information you want to include, or to ask for any clarification not otherwise provided, you can email us directly (simulation.gaming.convention@gmail.com), or within the body of the submission email outside of the template.

The entirety of your event should be contained within the time span of one of these blocks. Although your event does not have to start at the beginning of a block, it should not extend past the end of a block.  This is to help reduce event overlap. If you wish to schedule an event that runs for a greater amount of time than the length of one block, please specify that in the email.
