SIMCON is the longest-running gaming convention in New York state!  Proudly student-run by [URSGA] (University of Rochester Simulation Gaming Association), SIMCON is an annual gaming convention held at the University of Rochester.  Our goal is to provide a weekend-long opportunity for gamers of all genres: board gaming, war gaming, tabletop role-playing, collectible card gaming, miniature gaming, etc., to get together and enjoy their hobbies.  SIMCON features local vendors as well as special guests from all over.  We hope to see you there!

For the 2017 year SIMCON will be holding its 39th convention,  Rogue Thirty-Nine: A SIMCON Story, in reference to the recent Disney film, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.

The dates for the upcoming convention are Friday, March 31st through Sunday, April 2nd, 2017. It will be held in Wilson Commons on the University of Rochester Campus.

The SIMCON Dragon was designed by Maren Cooke.
