Volunteer applications for SIMCON 42 will open in February 2020 and will include several roles such as floating board game players, booth sitters and event monitors.
Community members who volunteer at least 6 hours during the weekend will receive a free weekend pass to the convention. In addition, volunteers will receive free SIMCON merch on a sliding scale related to how many hours they have worked.
If you are a University of Rochester student who is interested in helping with the set up of SIMCON in the months before the actual convention, these hours will also count towards your total hours. Contact simulation.gaming.convention@gmail.com to discuss what you would be interested in working on.
