Equipment Reservation Requests

Please see the Event Support Supervisor Lynn Stork in the Student Activities Office at 201 Wilson Commons, 275-2333, to submit your Equipment Reservation Request. Please plan at least 2 weeks in advance for your event, as there is limited equipment availability. Be prepared to give the following information:

Date of your Event
Time of your Event
Confirmed Location of your Event
Sponsor of the Event (Student Organization or Department)
Contact Person's Name, Email, and Phone Number
Event Support Needs (for example: tables, chairs, slide projector, overhead projector, video projector, TV, VCR, etc.)
