Wilson Commons Student Activities Event Support
After you have a confirmed room reservation (see Saundra, reservation coordinator), contact us for your audio / visual needs. We supply a variety of services for the River Campus Community, ranging from classroom technology (for non-class events) to stage and auditorium lighting in Strong Auditorium. In addition, we provide furniture (tables, chairs, coatracks, etc) for events that occur in Wilson Commons. Thinking about using Event Support? Here are some tips to keep in mind.
