I have a problem with parking my car, who should I contact?
All parking related issues should go directly to University Parking. Ken Arnold is the supervisor or River Campus Parking; the parking offices are located in 109 Fauver (Fauver Stadium).
I want to rent chartered busses for an event, how do I do this?

AMTRAK TRAIN SERVICE At only 2.8 miles from the University, Rochester has its own Amtrak Train Depot at 320 Central Avenue downtown. Amtrak honors the Student Advantage program offering a 15 % discount for travel for any student with a current membership. ROCHESTER TRAILWAYS CHARTERS Only 2.4 miles from the University, Rochester Trailways Charter Bus depot is located at 187 Midtown Plaza, Rochester, NY. There are several direct routes to major cities in New York state. For more information on routes and rates call 1-800-776-7548, or email www.trailwaysny.com and plan your route and get rates online. Trailways offers a 15 % discount to any student with a current Student Advantage membership.
GREYHOUND CHARTERS Also located at 187 Midtown Plaza in the same booth with Trailways and RGRTA, Greyhound provides coast to coast transportation. Greyhound also offers a 15% discount on walk up fares and online reservations for students with the Student Advantage membership. To book online go to www.greyhound.com. ROCHESTER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Rochester International Airport (ROC), located just off Brooks Avenue, is only 3.2 miles from the University of Rochester. Rochester International houses 9 separate airlines that fly all over the world. To book flights to and from the Rochester International Airport you can use Air Canada, AirTran, American, Continental, Delta, JetBlue, Northwest, United and U.S. Airways. Log onto http://www.monroecounty.gov/airport-index.php for more information on the airport, airlines and other services offered. Students with the Student Advantage membership can discover deep discounts on flights through Orbits, Cheap Tickets, and other travel booking sites.
RTS BUSING The local public bus system in Rochester houses its information booth in Midtown plaza at the Greyhound/Trailways booth. You can also access their website for more information about routes, rates and times at www.rgrta.org. If you need personal assistance with answering questions or guidance you can also reach RGRTA Customer Service at 585-288-1700.
MY BUS HOME My Bus Home will arrange one-way and round trip transportation for the 2012-2013 academic breaks in private, fully insured motor coach buses with restrooms, DVD and Wi-Fi. The buses pick up on campus and go to/from a central location in: Easton, PA; Bridgewater, NJ; New York City, NY (Penn Station); Ludlow, MA and Newton, MA. Maximum occupancy is 50 students per bus. A minimum of 25 students is required.
