The Projects & Services Committee is charged with two main objectives:
1. To oversee the various departments that provide student services (parking, dining, housing, campus facilities, bookstore, security, etc.), and work to continually improve their quality.
2. To enhance all aspects of the campus environment and student life, through assessment and improvement of facilities, structures, programs and policies relevant to the student body.
The Committee works intimately with administrators, the heads of departments and University Offices in achieving these objectives. It also thrives on student feedback, allowing the committee to represent the student opinion as accurately as possible. Common projects are exemplified by improvements to dining, facilities, health services, transportation, and security. Continued services include City Cycles, the Collegiate Readership Program, and Thanksgiving break shuttles. If you have any questions or comments, you are encouraged to contact the committee by selecting "Ideas for New Campus Projects" on our Feedback Page or by emailing the co-chairs.
