The last day to submit the New Organization Proposal to meet with the Policy & Review Committee this year will be Friday, March 1, 2013. This is an ‘electronic event.’ New Organization Proposals are submitted through the CCC and all the necessary information is found here .

Mid-Year Reports Are Out!

The Mid-Year Report is now available online through the CCC at https://ccc.rochester.edu/form/start/17371. Each organization must submit one before the end of the day on Monday, February 4, 2013.

Mid-Year Report Training Sessions will be held on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. (Gowen Room) and on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. (Gowen Room) to review expectations and procedure, and answer any questions.

Are you an Executive-Board member for a student organization? Make sure your group is registered for the year (formerly known as “Group Renewal”). Log-in to the new CCC (http://ccc.rochester.edu) and click on your organization’s site. There should be a Register button in the top right corner of your organization’s Home Page. The “Primary Contact” of your organization’s page may be the first to have access. Group Registration must be submitted by September 14 to retain your rights as a student group!
