As a result of many hours of work, a new document has been created to help SA recognized organizations write and revise their constitution. This document has improved on the prior constitution template, including:
1. Various options and choices within the template
2. Final checklist for consideration before submitting the constitution
3. Glossary of key terms
4. Polished mock constitution [...]
Below is a link to new clarifications for Residential Life Groups (ie. Special Interest Housing, D’Lions and Hall Councils.)
Updates for Residential Life GroupsThe last day to submit the New Organization Proposal to meet with the Policy & Review Committee this year will be Friday, March 1, 2013. This is an ‘electronic event.’ New Organization Proposals are submitted through the CCC and all the necessary information is found here .

The New Organization Proposal, online and integrated with the CCC, has now replaced the old paper New Student Organization Part I form!

Are you an Executive-Board member for a student organization? Make sure your group is registered for the year (formerly known as “Group Renewal”). Log-in to the new CCC (http://ccc.rochester.edu) and click on your organization’s site. There should be a Register button in the top right corner of your organization’s Home Page. The “Primary Contact” of your organization’s page may be the first to have access. Group Registration must be submitted by September 14 to retain your rights as a student group!

Next Wednesday, March 28 is the last day for new groups to come up to policy and review for preliminary status. Please contact Shilpa Topudurti for more information.

Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2012 at 12 p.m.
Each group only needs to fill out one report, and they are due on Monday, Feb. 6, 2012 by the end of the day.
