Try a Ghost Walk or Terror Tour! Voted Rochester’s #1 Ghost walking tours for 8 seasons, Rochester Candlelight Ghost Tours is offering Ghost Walks and Terror Tours during Halloween weekend. Ghost Walks are short walking tours around different Mt. Hope areas believed to be haunted. The guides share true ghost stories, historical information and area legends while walkers get to use a variety of ghost hunting equipment. Terror Tours are similar in content, but the stories and facts are presented in a scarier manner with costumed actors who make the stories come alive.

When are the walks and tours?
Ghost Walks will be taking place near campus at 8 PM and 9 PM on Friday, Oct. 28. A Terror Tour will be at 10 PM on Friday, Oct. 28 as well.

How can I get to these events?
The Ghost Walks and Terror Tours are close enough for students to walk to from campus in less than 20 minutes. They leave from the intersection of Mt. Hope Avenue and Reservoir Avenue, and you can walk along Elmwood Avenue, make a left on Mount Hope Avenue (towards The Distillery) and continue to walk until you get to the intersection.

How much are tickets and how can I get tickets?

• Prices:
  • Ghost Walk tickets: $12 in advance or $15 at the walk
  • Terror Tour tickets: $15 in advance or $20 at the walk

• Email Rochester Ghost Walks with the walk type, date, time and number of tickets you want to purchase.
