I am writing to complain that you don’t provide a shuttle for the train station. My son takes the train from Rochester to Rome and back. He takes a campus bus to Eastman but then has to walk to the Amtrak station. That’s not a nice part of town.
    Please improve your shuttle service.
At RPI they have a shuttle both to the airport and to the train station. Catch up.

your comment was rude. catch up?? tell your son to go to RPI?
do you know what a taxi cab is??

Also MORE students (significantly more) arrive at the airport i think it’s great that university is providing shuttles to the airport… THANK YOU!

After my 7 hour plane ride (as opposed to what? a 4 hour train ride form some dumpy po dunk town?)its really nice to not have to worry finding a cab you know that’s a little more difficult then walking 10 minutes

seriously is a 3 dollar cab ride from the train station REALLY that big of a stretch next to the 45k a year you pay?? or even a $10 cab ride back to campus

why not thank the university for even attempting to accommodate most of the students who travel using transportation other than a car.

    thank you u of r!
