Dining to Accommodate Everybody

Dining Services LogoThis year in special needs dining there have already been great strides in helping dining services be more accommodating to those that have dietary restrictions.  First of all soy ice cream is now available in the corner store. Besides getting new foods on campus, we are also working on communication with the student body.  The SA Projects & Services Committee is hosting a focus group on Decemeber 1st to address the needs of religious groups, those with allergies, vegetarians, etc.  Anybody interested in participating or voicing their opinion can contact the SA Special Needs Dining Representative, Leah Spungen, (lspungen@u.rochester.edu) or Christina Hoh (hoh-christina@aramark.com), Dining’s Dietetic Intern.
