Recruitment
Joining a Greek organization here at the University of Rochester is a wonderful way to meet people and get involved on a collegial and national level. Not only are you able to be a leader and participate in community service, academic programming, and a plethora of social events, you gain a lifelong circle of sisters. If you are unsure if joining a Greek organization is the right thing for you, a great way to find out is to attend Informal or Formal Recruitment.
Formal Recruitment is open to all class-years and is the ideal way to meet each Panhellenic sorority on this campus. This is a great opportunity to talk to the sisters, learn about their philanthropies and involvement at the U of R, and have a fun time doing it all!

Informal Recruitment is a casual way to meet sisters by means of dinners, movie nights, arts and crafts, and other social events with current sisters. It takes place in September of each year and is only open to upperclassmen, so freshmen, if you are interesting in joining a sorority then Formal Recruitment is what you are looking for!
