1) UDEL recruitment/visit:
-Tuesday, Nov. 18th
-Both events in Goergen 239
-12:30-2:30 (with pizza) in Goergen 239
-6-7:30 in Goergen 109
-UDEL Grad students (one from UR)
-will be advertising graduate program – have a new PhD program
2) UR Makers Faire Saturday Nov. 22nd, 10-4 PM
-asked to table for 2 total hours
-downtown Rochester Riverside Convention Center
-building, music, art, engineering etc
-could use 201P project from this year or last year
-current interest: Justin D
General Updates:
E-Social wrap up meeting:
-will be planning the next E-Social
-Hajim department will be planning one in the spring
-student groups will plan one in the spring
-Pi Day E-social
-set up an E-Social Committee from each group
-E-social Chair: Andrew Arjana
BME BANQUET:
-booking the atrium -friday April 10!

RIT events:
-not enough money for social RIT this semester
-will have more next semester

OUTREACH:
-will give SA funds to STEM
-acquired an ECG from the department!! – can create an outreach program through STEM
—form a curriculum committee
_On Campus tutoring/volunteering
-tutoring in Carlson through RSA: 12-4 PM
—would want a consistant number – 2-4 people to attend per weekend

-NSBE could use TAs for study hall (Janet will contact)
